Origami Squad is an independent website about origami. We publish step-by-step folding tutorials with a photo for every step, a short video and a fold time measured by real testers.
Why this site exists
Most origami instructions online skip steps, use unclear photos or never say how long a model takes. Origami Squad exists to fix that: every model is folded several times before we publish it, so the steps work for someone folding it for the first time.
Who folds the models
Each tutorial names its author and the testers who folded it from our photos.
How we test
Every model is folded by our author and then by three testers, working from our photos alone. We publish the median fold time and the range.
How Origami Squad makes money
Origami Squad is free to read. We plan to cover our costs with display ads and, on some buying guides, affiliate links. Neither changes which models we publish or which products we recommend.
